We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. Inquiry Desk runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account, so the messages you write and the couple's details stay between you and your AI provider. We never receive them.
Your business brief, your voice profile, your prices and the couple's messages. These live in your own AI account, not on our servers. We never see them.
To fulfil your purchase, send updates and answer support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Inquiry Desk installs as skills in your own Claude or ChatGPT. We do not run an AI service and have no API of our own, so what you paste there never passes through us. It goes to Anthropic or OpenAI under your own agreement and settings with them, and whether it is used to improve their models is set by your account there. Check your provider's settings.
We keep purchase and support records for as long as the sale, support and the law require. Email us to ask what we hold, or to have it deleted.
If you are in the EU, the UK, California or a region with similar law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. Email us and we will act on it.
