Inquiry Desk is a set of skills you install in your own Claude or ChatGPT to help you write and win wedding bookings. You buy a licence to use it in your business. It helps you write the messages; the booking, and what you send, stay yours.
In these terms, "Inquiry Desk", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business operating under the name Inquiry Desk, based in Cyprus. "You" means the person or business buying the licence.
A licence to use the Inquiry Desk skills in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, for your own photography business. It is a digital product, delivered as files. You need your own Claude or ChatGPT account to run it.
Inquiry Desk is paid once. The price rises over time, and the price you pay is the price shown when you buy. Updates are free.
Purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem's terms also apply to the transaction.
Updates are free: any update we release is included at no extra charge. That is not a promise of updates forever. Inquiry Desk runs on Claude and ChatGPT, which are third-party services we do not control. If they change, we will try to keep Inquiry Desk working, but we cannot guarantee it will always work with every future version, and we may update, change or retire it.
There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed through Creem. The full terms are in the Refund policy.
Setup help, getting it installed and running, is included for 14 days from purchase. Refund requests fall under the 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected].
Inquiry Desk helps you write. It does not guarantee bookings, income or any result, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for checking prices, dates and facts before you send them. Like any AI, it can get something wrong, so read each draft before you send it. The Chief catches a lot, but you are the last check.
Inquiry Desk is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or any author, publisher or brand.
Inquiry Desk is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid. Nothing here removes a right the law does not let us waive.
